BUYERS:

Condos can be purchased outright by foreigners with the Title Deed in your own name. For long term stay it allows you to have a permanent and private residence that you can alter and modify to your needs or taste. The property can be inheritable or quite easily sold on at a later date. Ownership gives the security of not having to live lease by lease or having the landlord sell the property under you.

Houses can only be purchased only by Thai Nationals which can include family such as wives, husbands or children. Foreigners without an immediate Thai relative can only lease houses for 30 years or take out a Userfrunct.

RENTERS:

Renting is very straight forward for either houses or condos and easy to setup, ideal for short to medium term stay.

Buy legally, securely and at the correct price. All our properties have had their title deeds checked.

We have a wide range of condos new, preused and fully renovated for sale. They range from studios through to three bedroom luxury. Buildings differ in quality, service and price, generally you will get what you pay for. We only deal in city houses as they offer the same convenience as condominiums.
