Comment: Upmarket building, popular with Japanese, units rarely available.

Facilities: Coffee shop.

Comment:Was poorly maintained, influx of purchases for renovation has built up funds again and recently repainted.

Facilities: Security.

Comment: Less facilities (and lower monthly charges), excellent central location. Recent elevator upgrade.

Location: Canal Rd near CMU, Central shopping nearby.

Facilities: Twin Buildings, security, minimart, swimming pool.

Comment: Interesting hollow design, former Condotel. Has unrealised potential, currently many students renting.

Comment: Recently repainted, central area.

Location: Ping River opposite main central market, near Rimping supermarket & many restaurants

Comment: Good location & facilities, upmarket building, nice river views.

Chiang Mai Riverside

Location: Chinagmai Lumphun Rd, next to Holiday Inn, near Rimping supermarket, schools and easy walking to local market with food stalls.

Facilities: Swimming pool, keycard security, restaurant, riverfrontage.

Comment: Good Location, quality building that has seen good steady price appreciation. Popular building for investment.

Twin Peaks

Location: Changklan Rd near Night Bazaar and Shangrila, near Rimping supermarket

Facilities: Swimming pool, security, fitness

Comment: New building, central location, good facilities. Upmarket.

Hill View

Location: Canal Rd near mountains,

Facilities: None generally working

Comment: A generic for older poorly maintained buildings in that area. Often the rooms can be very nice.

Night Bazaar Condo

Location: Night Bazaar, near shopping and bars.

Facilities: Security.

Comment: Good central location, don't need personal transport. Everything outside your door.

Duwantawong

Location: Loy Kroh Rd, near bars

Facilities: None

Comment: Run down building, good central location, some surprisingly good views from some upper floors. Inexpensive.

Changklan Resident

Location: Changklan Rd, near Night Bazaar

Facilities: Swimming pool, security

Comment: Reasonably good building, good tucked away location.

Supanich

Location: Opposite Railway Station, near Macro shopping.

Facilties: Swimming pool, massage, can access adjoining Hotels' room and maid service.

Comment: Recently repainted, has potential.

Location: Superhighway near Carrefour shopping

Facilities: Security, (swimming pool coming soon)

Comment: Newish building with lovely country views. Nice complex out of town.
